    PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this event - space, content, and food commitments your ticket is non-refundable however, it is transferable. Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. At any time before 4:30 PM on Day 1, you can approach an event team member and ask for a full refund of your entrance fee, plus the $1,000 penalty - only one penalty per company. You must be checked in and present on day one to claim a refund and penalty. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

    Also, be sure to book your hotel room as soon as you receive confirmation to ensure you lock in your spot! We are anticipating high attendance and don’t want you to miss out on your discounted room in the event hotel!
