EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Liability
I hereby agree, acknowledge and understand that I, the undersigned or those who I am purchasing for, am attending Accelerate LIVE! 2027 (hereinafter the “Event”) an event organized by The Wealthy Contractor, Inc. and release from liability the company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliated companies, assigns, successors and event speakers (hereinafter the “Company”). I understand and agree that by allowing me to participate in the Event the Company is in no way making a statement, representation or warranty intending to be individualized legal, financial, tax or any other kind of professional advice and that I will exercise my own good judgment and/or seek independent professional advice before relying or acting upon any information from the Company. I hold the Company harmless for any injuries I may sustain at the Event. I also hold the Company harmless for any physical, emotional, financial, or other injuries I may suffer at the Event resulting from the behavior of other participants which may take place during or after the Event.
Media Release
I consent to the recording and use of my image and likeness in photographs, motion pictures, audio or other recordings taken at the Event for use in Company advertising, marketing, promotions, or any other profitable endeavors by the Company, including publishing on Company’s Website or any other third party and social media websites. I explicitly agree that I am not entitled to any compensation or fees for any written content or media that I may share with the Company about the Event or my experiences with the Company, and that my sole consideration is my ability to participate in the Event. I also consent to receive event-related communications and follow-up communications from sponsors and understand that I can opt-out of these communications at any time.
No Recruitment/Solicitation Policy
We kindly request all attendees to respect the professional nature of this event and refrain from engaging in any form of recruitment or solicitation of participants for job opportunities. This includes but is not limited to, direct approaches, distribution of resumes, or any activity intended to recruit individuals from other companies present. To ensure a fair and respectful environment, please note that any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event premises. The penalty for non-compliance includes ejection from the event with no refund, as well as a permanent ban from attending any future events organized by The Wealthy Contractor. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in upholding the integrity of this event and fostering an atmosphere focused on knowledge exchange and networking. Let's make this a successful and professional gathering for all participants!

If by 4:30pm on day ONE - Accelerate LIVE! 2027 was not profitable enough for you, or it wasn't what you had in mind, then you just simply go to anyone on The Wealthy Contractor team to receive a full refund of your ticket fee. If you're in-person, you'll also get $1,000 CASH (per company) to cover your time and travel costs!
